Meeting was called to order by Vice President, N3TQW, Rudy.

Ham fest check was brought up to W3AXC, Ray, was told to deposit and Ham fest money was all spent none to be deposited back.

Repeater report was given by N3TQW, Rudy.
Repeater is working good. There is wood at the site that can be taken and N3TQW, Rudy will check on the height of the weeds next week.

Old business
Need to set a date with NE3P, Page, to fix his antenna. It was noticed when loaded for field day that the shed will need to be repaired also.

Nothing really new just need to reorganize and hock everything back up from field day.

The 19th and 20th of July will be the Lancaster MS bike ride. They have been having trouble getting hams to work, due to the MS people wanting background and credit checks on all hams working. Many hams have decided not to work it because they do not agree with the checks that were asked of them. Since then the checks have been removed and a new organizer, Rick, WA3USG, has been assigned for the amateur end. They still need volunteers for Sunday.

South central task force will be having a drill soon, our contact is Jack, WB3BQB.
Gettysburg reenactment went well, a few members of our club helped out.
HARES will be having a drill soon also

Club shirts and club emblem. Also maybe forming of a committee to handle both
Reissuing club membership cards
Setting a date to fix club shed at Page's house
Other generator needing worked on

W3AXC, Ray has made arrangements for and sent a deposit in on the park in York for the ham fest again next year on April 18, Ideas are needed on how to make the event more profitable.
Also he noted that he is giving up the VE team. Chip will be taking over for the Keystone club.

There is a transmitter hunt on August 28. Tim is looking for clubs to be involved.
